J Communities company held an event to welcome residents to the second phase of “Jamila” project in the North Coast, as the event was attended by several company executives and representatives from the real estate development sector, and included presenting details of the project, its key features, and the company’s vision for this new phase.

The event witnessed a significant turnout from clients, reflecting the project’s appeal, location, and features, particularly the abundance of green areas and water features that comprise the majority of the project’s total area.

Jamila project is located on an area of 130 acres with a 700-meter beachfront, enjoys a strategic location between Alam El Roum and Ras El Hekma, and is 273 kilometers from Cairo via Dabaa Road, and it is also approximately 35 minutes from Alamein International Airport, minutes from Almaza Bay, and about an hour from New Alamein City.

The project is based on an urban plan that allocates approximately 91% of its area to green areas and water features, while buildings occupy only about 9% of the total project area, thus providing a significant amount of open areas.

Jamila includes an underground parking garage, which helps preserve open areas and reduce the number of cars in main roads, in addition to making more efficient use of the area allocated to buildings and services.

The project’s location characterized by rapid growth in real estate and tourism projects, benefiting from its location between several prominent areas and projects in the North Coast, and in close proximity to Ras El Hekma and New Alamein.

During the event, details of the second phase of Jamila were presented, including its units and components, along with J Communities’ vision for the project, which focuses on combining a prime location with green areas and water features, and a plan that allocates a limited percentage of the total project area to buildings.
