ENWAN Developments launches “Co-Clinics” at “Horizon Canadian Hospital” and starts receiving 2nd phase requests

ENWAN Developments company, launched Co-Clinics concept within the Horizon Canadian Hospital project in the New Administrative Capital’s Medical City, besides the company also began receiving Expression of Interest (EOI) registration requests for the second phase during ENWAN Mega Brokers Orientation event, which brought together the company’s leadership and its partners from marketing and real estate brokerage companies.

Co-Clinics offer a unique model for clinic ownership, combining the independence of ownership with the benefits of operating within a fully integrated and professionally managed medical destination by Blue Ridge, within clinic areas start from 19 square meters and are delivered fully finished and equipped with air conditioning, with a payment plan starting from a 10% down payment and installments up to 10 years.

The concept is based on the physician or investor independently owning their clinic while benefiting from the medical services, facilities, operational support, management, and patient feedback offered by the surrounding community. Thus, participation is not tied to clinic ownership, but rather to all the elements that support its operation and enhance its value.

Mohammed Salem, CEO of ENWAN Developments, said that launching Co-Clinics reflects the company’s focus on developing specialized real estate products that meet market needs and provide professional value for physicians, as well as an investment opportunity in a sector with genuine and consistent demand.

He added that ENWAN’s strategy, which is based on “The Address of Perfection”, relies on the integration of meticulous location selection, high-quality planning and design, strong partnerships, and efficient management and operation, rather than developing real estate units in isolation from their surrounding environment.

He noted that ENWAN’s portfolio includes residential, commercial, administrative, medical projects, in addition the medical sector represents a core area of the company’s experience, while Horizon Canadian Hospital stands as its flagship medical figure and the most prominent project in this sector.

The project is located in the Medical City in the New Administrative Capital, as the project brings together a number of medical specialties and services in one place, supported by a management and operation system provided by “Blue Ridge”, leveraging their Canadian expertise in managing medical facilities.

Shereen Helal, the Marketing Partner at ENWAN, emphasized that Co-Clinics concept stemmed from a study of the physician journey, investor needs, and the challenges associated with establishing and operating an independent clinic.

She added that the name of “Co-Clinics” summerizies the core idea;as each physician retains ownership of their clinic and its independent identity while benefiting from the services, facilities, management, and support available within the project, based on the concept: “Your clinic is yours. everything around it is shared”.

The second phase includes a variety of areas ranging from 19 to 34 square meters, catering to different medical specialties and professional and investment needs.

Delivering the clinics fully finished and equipped with air conditioning aims to minimize setup time and costs, enabling owners to benefit from their clinics within a well-organized and integrated medical environment.
