New Plan Developments has completed the handover of the first and second phases of Eleven Mall, its commercial and administrative project in the Financial Business District of Egypt’s New Administrative Capital, as the company prepares to launch operations by the end of 2026. Preparations are ongoing, including utility connections and other essential works, ahead of the planned opening.

Waleed Khalil, Chairman of New Plan Developments, said that the handover of the two phases marks a significant milestone in the company’s plan to complete the project and prepare it for operation.

He explained that ongoing efforts are focused on completing the required utility connections and final operational preparations ahead of the planned launch, enabling the project to begin realizing its commercial and investment potential.

Khalil emphasized the company’s commitment to delivering its projects according to schedule and ensuring they are fully prepared for operation. He also highlighted the importance of leveraging their strategic locations to enhance investment value and attract a diverse range of commercial and administrative activities.

Eleven Business Complex is located on plot B1-11 in the Financial Business District of the New Administrative Capital, behind Al Masa Hotel and near the Regional Ring Road and the North Mohammed bin Zayed Axis. The project is approximately a two-minute drive from the Egyptian Parliament, the ministerial complex and the Government District, placing it close to some of the capital’s key governmental and administrative centers.

The project covers a total land area of approximately 9,817 square meters, with buildings occupying around 30% of the site and the remaining 70% allocated to green spaces and landscaped gardens. This layout creates an integrated environment that brings together commercial and administrative activities with open spaces.

Eleven Business Complex features a tower comprising a ground floor and seven upper floors, offering a mix of commercial and administrative units, restaurants, cafés and entertainment facilities. The project also includes a VIP Sky Lounge on the top floor, offering views of the surrounding landscape and landscaped open spaces.

The preparations for launching operations at Eleven Business Complex reflect New Plan Developments’ broader strategy to advance its projects into the operational phase, support the growth of commercial and administrative activities in the New Administrative Capital, and capitalize on increasing demand for mixed-use developments in the city’s prime locations.
