New Era Developments has signed a strategic partnership with Healthy Care to manage and operate medical projects and activities under a professional operating system aimed at improving operational efficiency and service quality, while supporting the investment value of its HALO Commercial Hub project in 6th of October City, West Cairo.
The partnership agreement was signed by Mina Youssef and Ahdy Sabry, representing New Era Developments, and Ahmed Adam, Chairman of Healthy Care, in the presence of representatives from both companies.

It aims to create an integrated investment environment that extends beyond developing commercial units to ensuring efficient operations, effective management of diverse activities, and optimal utilisation of project facilities.
HALO Commercial Hub is one of the company’s key projects, spanning obver 18,329 sqm in the First District of 6th of October City. The project aims to offer an integrated investment environment by leveraging professional management and operations to improve efficiency and meet the needs of various business activities.
The partnership with Healthy Care reflects the company’s approach of engaging specialised expertise to manage medical activities, supporting their organisation and operation in line with professional standards. This is expected to add value to the project by enhancing operational efficiency and the quality of services provided.
Meanwhile, New Era Developments has a diversified portfolio of residential projects in the Green Belt and October Gardens areas, as part of its strategy to develop projects that meet real estate market needs and respond to demand for housing in West Cairo.
