El Mansour Development celebrates 25 years of success and 6,000 clients through “Its stories. Its people” campaign

El Mansour Development celebrated its 25th anniversary with an advertising campaign titled “Its stories. Its people”, reflecting on the company’s key milestones in real estate market from a different perspective that places client at the center of its journey.
Over the past 25 years, El Mansour’s relationship with its clients has extended beyond developing, selling, and delivering properties, evolving into a long-term commitment to staying connected with clients after delivering, understanding their needs, and responding to their evolving expectations.
Amgad Mansour, CEO of El Mansour Development, said that over its long track record, the company has successfully delivered units to more than 6,000 clients across a diverse portfolio of projects. These include 4,977 residential units in exceptional locations with distinctive advantages, 582 diverse commercial units, 152 premium administrative units, 666 medical units, and more than 80 distinguished hotel units designed to meet the expectations of both local and international customers.
Over the years, the company has built a broad and diverse customer base whose needs vary according to the type of unit, project, and investment purpose, he added.
He noted that the company’s 25-year journey has been defined not only by developing projects, but by building lasting relationships with customers—from the moment they choose their units through the post-delivery phase.
He further pointed out that the company views post-handover phase as an essential part of its responsibility toward customers. To support this commitment, it has established a dedicated customer service department to handle requests and feedback, while ensuring timely responses and support for residents across its developments.
Mansour also explained that the company has further developed the concept of “Community Service” within its developments by having a number of El Mansour Development representatives on-site, specializing in residential community management and maintaining direct, continuous communication with residents. These representatives listen to residents’ needs, feedback, and complaints, then relay them to the relevant departments within the company and follow up on how they are addressed.
He disclosed that having this role within the development itself enables the company to gain a more accurate understanding of residents’ day-to-day needs, rather than relying solely on traditional customer service channels. It also helps the company make decisions regarding services, facilities, and community management based on genuine needs identified through the project’s daily use.
For his part, Ahmed Abdel Rasoul, Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at El Mansour Development, said that the diverse profiles of its customers have shaped the company’s approach to building lasting relationships with them.
Abdel Rasoul added that residential clients become part of a community that requires continuous services and support, while the handover of a commercial unit marks the beginning of a new chapter for the business owner. For administrative and medical units, handover coincides with the launch of a professional practice, while hotel customers are focused on an investment tied to operations, management, and generating returns.
He highlighted that these diverse experiences have strengthened the company’s ability to understand the evolving needs of different customer segments, shaping both its product development strategy and its approach to managing customer relationships throughout every phase of a project.
The company’s CCO noted that over the past 25 years, El Mansour Development has been associated with a number of projects in Maadi and Mokattam, two areas that represent an important part of the company’s history. Additionally, the company has developed a diverse range of projects that introduced new real estate offerings to both areas, while also expanding its presence into Nasr City and Katameya.
The company’s experience in these areas has also helped shape its vision for real estate development, shifting its approach from viewing a unit as a standalone product to seeing the development as an integrated community and customer experience, tailored to the character of each area and the needs of its residents and investors.
Building on this track record, El Mansour Development has established a strong and long-standing presence in the Maadi and Mokattam markets, as well as in Nasr City and Katameya, following years of developing a diverse portfolio of projects that have contributed to reshaping real estate offering and introducing new development concepts across these areas.
