AGEC Developments rolls out large-scale campaign to mark first-phase handovers at Ivy Residence

AGEC Developments has announced the commencement of deliveries for the first phase of its Ivy Residence project in El Shorouk City during June, alongside the launch of a new selection of two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartment models.

The move reflects the company’s commitment to delivering its projects according to planned timelines and offering a tangible, move-in-ready residential product.

Eng. Ayman Louis Rafla, Chairman of AGEC Developments, said that the start of handovers and the introduction of new unit models underscore the company’s ability to fulfill its commitments to clients despite the challenges faced by the real estate sector in recent years.

Rafla added that Ivy Residence distinguishes itself through more than its strategic location and premium design standards; it offers buyers a rare opportunity to inspect a completed unit and evaluate the surrounding residential environment before committing to a purchase.

Rafla noted, “At a time when a large portion of the market continues to sell units that are still under construction, we offer customers a completely different proposition. He further pointed out that construction progress has reached approximately 80% across the residential buildings, while all villas are fully completed and ready for immediate handover. Rafla disclosed that real estate market is witnessing a clear shift in buyer priorities, with project readiness and a developer’s ability to deliver on schedule becoming among the most important factors influencing purchasing decisions.

The company will also host a dedicated customer event within Ivy Residence, giving prospective residents and investors the opportunity to tour the project, explore its amenities, and experience the community firsthand.

El Ashry explained that the project enjoys a prime location directly on the Suez Road, opposite Madinaty, with convenient access to New Cairo, Cairo International Airport, and the New Capital. The development spans over 28 feddans and features a fully integrated residential community, with a built-up area accounting for no more than 25% of the total project footprint, while the remaining space is dedicated to landscaped greenery, water features, and recreational amenities.

He added that Ivy Residence offers a diverse range of residential units, with apartment sizes ranging from 98 sqm to 209 sqm, in addition to villas starting from 267 sqm, catering to the needs of a broad spectrum of homebuyers and investors.
