For his part, Ahmed Kassem, Salam properties Vice Chairman and CEO, said that the company achieved strong sales in the first phase, reaching approximately 65,000 square meters, equivalent to 60% of the total offered area, which reflects client’s confidence in the project’s strength, location, and the development vision adopted by the company within New Mansoura City.
