TAMADON DEVELOPMENTS announced the signing of a strategic cooperation agreement with Mynt Hospitality, marking the beginning of a series of future collaborations between the two companies. During the company’s press conference, he explained that the collaboration with Mynt Hospitality is a cornerstone of the company’s future strategy to launch a chain of boutique hotels. These hotels will offer a unique concept combining quality, privacy, and a distinctive stay experience. He emphasized that the smaller the project, the higher the quality of services provided.

He added that through this partnership, the company aims to offer a distinct hotel product in the Egyptian market, one that goes beyond simply providing hotel units. He noted that details of the company’s first project, managed by Mynt Hospitality in West Cairo, will be announced soon. A timetable will also be set for the launch of new projects by TAMADON, also managed by Mynt Hospitality. These include a world-class residential hotel project in the Green Revolution area of ​​Sheikh Zayed City.

He noted that this agreement marks the beginning of a series of new hotel projects to be developed and managed in partnership with Mynt Hospitality. Sarah El-Gharib, Board Member and Head of the Commercial Sector at TAMADON DEVELOPMENTS, indicated that the collaboration with Mynt Hospitality will enable the company to offer an unprecedented level of transparency to clients through digital systems that allow for real-time monitoring of the operational performance of hotel units, including occupancy rates, number of rental days, and revenue generated.

She added that this partnership will also provide a comprehensive range of hotel services comparable to those of major hotels, including reception and shuttle bus services, integrated hospitality programs, and the option for owners to use their units at specific times. This enhances both the investment value and the customer’s personal experience.

She emphasized that the company’s new project represents the first in a series of hotel projects it aims to develop in the coming period. She noted that the project offers a unique hotel experience combining a strategic location, integrated services, and luxurious finishes, thus meeting the needs of clients seeking a distinctive investment and residential product in the heart of Sheikh Zayed and the Green Revolution area.

She added that the project enjoys a strategic location connecting major thoroughfares, including the 26th of July Corridor, the Cairo-Alexandria Desert Road, and Nozha Street. It is also located near prominent landmarks such as Zed Towers, Hyper One, Al Ahly Club, Smart Village, Sphinx International Airport, Dandy Mall, Arkan Plaza, Cairo University, Dar Al Fouad Hospital, the Grand Egyptian Museum, the Pyramids, and other important destinations.

She explained that the project consists of a ground floor and five upper floors, comprising approximately 100 hotel units ranging in size from 35 to 70 square meters. The units will be delivered fully finished and equipped with furniture, appliances, and air conditioning, reflecting the company’s commitment to providing a ready-to-operate and invest-in product.

She noted that the project includes a comprehensive range of services and facilities that offer a complete accommodation experience with modern hotel standards. She emphasized that the company designed the project with a vision that combines privacy, comfort, and a strong return on investment.

She added that the company aims to deliver the project within 42 months, offering flexible payment plans starting with a 10% down payment and installment periods of up to 10 years.
